Our story
Medved fruit growing began in 1964 with the first tall apple orchard.
In 1974 the first intensive apple orchards were planted.
Now we are growing apples on an area of 14 hectares.
All our plantations are equipped with an irrigation system.
A part is also protected with antifreeze and antihail system.
We grow apples according to the principle of integrated fruit cultivation. With this certificate we want to achieve as little negative impact on the environment as possible and consumer confidence in our apples. We also have the Selected Quality of Slovenia certificate and the GLOBAL G.A.P certificate.

Orchard Medved
We grow and sell different apple varieties such as: Gala, Idared, Braeburn, Jonagold and Topaz. We store all apples in our own controlled atmosphere warehouse, ensuring the apples remain juicy, crisp and flavorful.
